How was your early Thanksgiving Dinner? I hope all went well.

Food was amazing and it was so much more relaxing, somehow, having it early like that. My MIL and I both commented that while shopping for the ingredients (her and I split the meal) it was so much easier to shop and the produce was nice and fresh and not picked over!
I made sweet potato souffle, mashed potatoes, a pineapple casserole, a yummy cranberry/pomegranite chutney and an apple, cranberry, currant pie for dessert. It was a ton of work, which I have to do all over again for Thanksgiving...but it was super yummy.
