Hmmm that's a toughie. I think, for full-length movies, Chrismas Vacation is either my fave or one of my top five faves, at least. However, if we're including kids shows too, then Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is definitely my favorite. I watch it every year!
Squeal! I LOVE A Christmas Story because there are just SO many cute kids in it! I would have loved to have live in that movie just so I could take pictures of them!
I hope all of the baby shows are on Christmas! I really like Baby Story and Special Delivery. I can't wait to get prego!!!!!!
My lifelong fav is A Christmas Story. I quote that movie all the time. My new fav is Elf.

Family Fun: National Lampoons Christmas Vacation of course. ; ) It is a tradition in both families.

I love Christmas Story and Elf too, but my real favorite is only kind of a Christmas movie. ?
Love Actually. ?One of my favorite all time movies, and it does take place at Christmas, so.... does that count??
