Here it is:
Pineapple Casserole
3 eggs beaten
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
? cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
6 slices of white bread, cubed
? cup butter
Dash nutmeg
Cook the eggs, pineapple, sugar and flour until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into a buttered 1.5 qt. casserole dish.
Melt butter and brown bread crumbs.
Top pineapple mixture with bread crumbs and give a dash of nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
