Anyone know any good realtors that rent?
That you can give me rec's for? Or any websites where I can see the homes on?
TIA ladies.
We move in Feb, and have no idea what's good, or bad.
Is the North side of San Diego nice?
Re: Anyone know any good realtors that rent?
We rent our house from a realtor but she is also the owner of the house.
We live in Escondido which is in the north part of San Diego County. If you are refering to the north part of the city limits that would put you in the Rancho Bernardo area on the inland side and just outside of La Jolla on the coastal side.
Do you guys have jobs lined up out here? Whats your rent budget? What do you want in a community?
We all live in different parts of the county and each section of the county has something different.

My husband is military, so he is getting stationed at 32nd street. i've heard that around the base isn't a good area?
We get a set amount of money each month, so we don't want to spend no more than 2000.00 for a 2 or 3 bedroom. We'd prefer a house, but, will take a townhome. We do have a son, who will be 16 months when we move, so we're trying to find a decent area since i'll be there most of the time myself.
