to clarify: tofu turkey
would actually be called tofurky. But that stuff is nasty and we aren't strict enough vegetarians that we won't eat turkey on Thanksgiving.

one of my high school spanish teachers was a vegetarian...she was featured on the news because of her vegetarian feast and her tofurky!
