Does anyone know the idiot I married?
OK... so this morning, my husband was sitting on the couch eating his breakfast rather leisurely as I headed to work early. On the way out the door, I asked him what he was doing waiting around and he smiled and said proudly, "I turned up the heat so that the bathroom would get warmer before I get into the shower."
HUH?! He turned up the heat-- in the ENTIRE HOUSE!-- so that he wouldn't have to suffer that few seconds of bare skin into hot shower?
I don't get it. But I've learned not to fight it... those are the little things that I just have to accept. Let go and let love, right? But I still think he's a little bit of an idiot... just a little bit.
