Yet another vent!!!
So I am getting a bunch of calls from nursing registries. ?
They leave a message saying they got my resume and have a position for me. ?SO I call them back and am all excited. ?I call the person who left me the message. ?I get asked the question, how much experience do you have, I tell them I am a new grad (as it reads on my resume) they tell me Oh sorry, you need 1 year of experience. ?
OMFG! ?Doesn't anyone read a resume before they waste time calling someone? ?My Resume clearly reads that I graduated this year, and that my last clinical as a student nurse was in June 2008. ?HELLO!!! PLEASE STOP GETTING MY HOPES UP. STUPID REGISTRY PEOPLE!

They're crazy. Why wouldn't they read your resume first? I would think it would be common sense.
I hope you find something soon.
