Is closing soon or are you giving yourself some time?
Closing will be March 18th - so a little more time than the norm:) It's cutting it close with the new baby, but it will still give us at least a few weeks to be in the house before she gets here(hopefully!)!

Nope - we liked that house a ton, but something just didn't seem "right" - so we went with our gut on not putting in an offer. This one is in East Pete and was(thankfully) less. Not as big, but a great location and a fun yard, etc. - and just generally gave us that "We NEED to live in this house" feeling:) So - now just crossing our fingers and saying a prayer that all of the inspection stuff is good and we're all set to move in and finally have our own home again!!!
oh - and here are some pics for those who said they wanted to see them. It's small - just a warning not to expect anything too exciting;) and don't be too jealous of the baby poop colored 50 year old kitchen counters either;)
