My aunt passed away last night. My mom called me at work, there was no warning, she was just at home asleep and didn't show up at work so they were worried. I'm in shock, it's so unexpected since there weren't any problems. I'm worried about my family.
Good thoughts for the entire family would be great appreciated.
It really makes you stop and realize how you need to appreciate each moment.

Wow, I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. Was she older? Is this your Mom's sister? My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
It was very sudden, she just didn't show up to work this morning otherwise no one knew that there was anything wrong. She was 67 and it's my dad's sister.
