So Bummed!!
I just found out I have to fly up to the Bay Area next Tuesday afternoon for meetings all day Wednesday and Thursday. I'll then fly home Thursday night. I know it's only 2 days but it's so hard leaving Sarah! Plus, she has her 1 year doctor appointment and will be getting her shots...she's a huge cuddler after those shots and I'm not going to be here for her!
Unfortunately, now that the contract is finally signed with the vendor for my project, I'll probably have to do a lot more traveling, including a week long stay in Pittsburgh for training...guess I better get used to it!

I went to school out there and most of my college friends still live there! If and when you go, you must go to Primanti Brothers. So yummy and I miss those sandwiches so much. Theres one right by the airport and its always the place I stop on my way in and out of pburgh.
Do you have anyone that can travel with you? ?Seriously - that's what saved me on all of my business trips. ?Took mom with me and just dealt with her snoring (love you mom!). ?Totally worth it to have Campbell around, even if I didn't see him much. ?He's been with me on trips to Washington, DC, Palm Springs, Monterey, etc. ?Plus, he had a lot of grandma time.

I just took my first five-day trip solo last month ... five days away is a long time (and I'm still nursing too, so had to pump 2x per day). ?Going on a four day trip in two weeks and then bringing mom and Campbell on a week long trip in April. ?He still travels free, so it's even MORE worth it!
