I just read the synopsis of this book and I can't do it.  My gma died of pancreatic cancer and I don't think I can handle reading something like this.

    Mine too. *hugs*

Plus I'm not emotionally equipped to deal with books about cancer right now.

  • It's only $9 on Amazon so I just bought it! It'll be here Friday, I'm in :) Maybe I'm weird, but I love a good book that makes me cry!
  • I actually have no idea what it is about, I have totally judged it by the title. I'm ordering it form Amazon too.

This is sort of where I'm at too. I don't think I can invest in anything too emotional.

Is it more about the cancer or about the book club/ bond with her son? Really debating weather to give it a shot...
