Agreed. If there is a hammock involved? Absolutely. Otherwise, nope.

I would say cozy chair by a fire, soft blanket, warm drinks.

My big comfy armchair by the fireplace... Nothing like a cup of tea, a good book and a comfy chair!

I don't have a great spot. I wish I had a big comfy chair. I usually just read on my couch...or in bed.

Somewhere exotic or somewhere cozy. Like a hammock on the beach when it's not too hot out. Or a comfy chair by a fire with a blanket and warm drink...ooh with it raining outside!

A beach shack on Candolim Beach in Goa, India.

I can read a page-turner just about anywhere, but I managed to read Pragmatic Unit Testing and The Mythical Man Month cover-to-cover there on different occasions.

Lounging on a nice cushiony lounge chair by a pool! Or in a comfy chair by a fireplace. Those both sound wonderful!

I wish it were a better picture, but I would love to be reading in my almost finished nook right now. I just went in to a take a picture, but the whole room is covered in boxes from the kitchen remodel and spare room. I can't wait to get my nook back.

I don't have a picture, but my parents have an AWESOME, cushioned front porch swing at their beach house, and it's the perfect spot for reading. Sigh. Wish I were there now.

I am not an outside reader either. I usually get distracted. I love reading in my family room though, all snuggled in a blanket with my Tervis cup filled with tea otherwise I will spill it.

I am not typically an outside reader but I think this thing would be awesome. As long as I had a hot shirtless dude bringing me snack and drinks as needed. ;;) Not the guy in the pic, btw. He is not my cup of tea.

If I could go anywhere it would be a beach with a drink but my actual favorite place is in my huge bathtub!
