Struck by Lightning by Chris Colfer- SP

Hoycie · August 2013

This book was everything I expected from Chris Colfer ("Kurt" from Glee). It was mostly teen drama and the small town kid knowing he is better than everyone else and will leave the small town behind. As I'm listening to this book, my mind wanders to the title and how I don't think it makes sense yet. Well... I get to the ending and the MC is literally stuck by lightning and DIES. WTAF?? I was enjoying the book up until the end. Has anyone read this?

I knew that is how it ended before I finished the book I think I saw a review or something that mentioned it but i still enjoyed it. The movie is pretty darn close to the book too.

I keep hearing the movie is way better than the book.
