  • I am a Determined Realist, which seems to equate to ESTJ, which is what I got when I took the MBTI. However, I am just slightly over the line into extroverted, and I usually think I am one of the most introverted extroverts you could ever meet. 

    The part about being athletic, though? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • I got independent thinker, which is pretty accurate. Especially the part that says, "Have very high standards for their performance and the performance of others." I actually had a conversation with my boss last week about how I've had to lower my expectations of others at work and that I am struggling with it. Makes it really difficult for me to delegate, but I'm working on it!
