Had my six week post partum appointment with my OB a few days ago. He gave me the green light to resume all activities. Husband eagerly asked how it went and I told him OB said none of those activities until 8 weeks. I just want to sleep.

( I feel guilty so will probably tell him the truth soon. But seriously. Need sleep. )

This post turned informative, but depressing. And I don't even like dogs! Poor puppies.

I used to not like dogs, then DH wanted to adopt a puppy... Well now I am banned from going to humane society shelters alone, because I will bring home ALL THE ANIMALS!!

I appreciate that DH helps me vacuum and does it without asking, but honestly it's easier when he's not here. He's like a puppy, always in the way and underfoot while I'm doing it.

My husband vacuums but doesn't wear his glasses so he misses crap all the time and I am a big neat freak and I try to let it go but I'd rather do it myself most times.

at least he helps? lol

my SO and I can't seem to clean when the other is home... we each get annoyed by how the other does things. So we just end up not cleaning until we're alone... which usually makes it one-sided so one person does all the cleaning because one of us is always home more than the other (right now, its him.. oops.)

I confess that I am totally irritated that I have to get up early tomorrow morning just to open my front door so my new neighbor can move in. Our landing is the size of a small hall closet, maybe, so it's impossible to move furniture in without opening both doors, mine and the neighbors.

I'm more than happy to do it, but why is she doing it at six am on a Saturday??

One last confession in light of football season kicking off everywhere: I hate when I see marching bands using lyres to hold their music. We memorized our music, and we sounded and looked awesome without those stupid stands in our faces.

One of our dogs came from a breeder and I have no shame. I would also buy again in the future.
