@Hoycie - I love Hugh Jackman

@booneybear @MrsJenE - Australian hottie who's comfortable enough in his masculinity to wear sparkly pants 8 shows a week on Broadway and also be a Wolverine and I'm sure some other form of badass action-y type. And...totally loves his much older and not as attractive (bless her heart) wife. That's totes hypable. I don't want to make out with him or Junewhatevs, but I support all of his future endeavors.

Hubs wants to go back down to FL in February so we can take a look at some communities down there in addition to the houses we saw. *sigh* I'm 90% sure I don't want to stay with my current company and this threw me for a loop.

I had to use DH's deodorant one day and I think it works a lot better than mine. So yes, now I'm using men's deodorant and just hoping it isn't as "cologne smelling" as I think

It's in the Fort Myers area. There's not much work in the area so the governor and local leaders are trying to attract companies like mine to help rebuild the economy.

It's not that the area is bad in and of itself. I'm more worried about committing one more year to my current employer, which is what they want you to do after the relocation. I'm not sure I want to stay there. People are already jumping ship left and right. I do high volume recruitment for them and it's just going to get worse. I'm up around 90 requisitions right now with over 100 openings and it's just not efficient. But there are people in my department who "can't handle it" so the rest of us don't get a choice.

And what happens if I'm laid off after we relocate because the costs are too high so they need to recoup some of them? There's no work for what I do down there. Would another company relocate me back north or to Orlando or Miami?

I think if the area had blown us away, it would have made the choice easier but it didn't.

H has been gone for work and I have the day off today so I am still laying in bed. I even showered and crawled back into bed. I am going to have to scramble to clean this house and make it look like I have been somewhat productive today. Haha.
