  I'm not 100% yet, but the initial plan is condoms. I really don't want to be on hormones again, but I'm really scared my endometriosis is going to flare up. Ideally we want to wait at least two years for baby #2, so I hope my endo keeps itself in check until then. Otherwise I may have to try something else.

  Initial plan was condoms.  Now we're using PNP.  We want babies close in age, so right now, if I got pregnant, it wouldn't be a big deal.  If we weren't planning on trying for a while, I'd have to rethink my options.

  Original plan was charting/pull and pray.  After I had G, I decided I did NOT want an oops baby, so I went on the mini pill.  I was not excited about an IUD or Mirena, but a lot of women choose those options.

  I plan going back on BC since I have endo and PCOS. We may do condoms for the first couple of months though just to give my body a break from all of these hormones. Lol

  We did condoms.  DH has never been a fan.  Now here we are!  Just kidding, if I wasn't ok with a surprise bfp I would have probably done the mini pill.  I plan to talk to my ob a little further down the road to see what other options there are nursing moms.  I suck at taking the pill on time and I don't want 3 under 3.

  I won't ever go back on the pill.  Pretty sure I'm just going to chart to avoid.  I may get an IUD if my OB thinks it'll be OK and won't affect me like the pill did.

  I went on the mini pill, always forgot to take it. I took a HPt two days ago because I've been feeling just like I was when I got my bfp. It really scared me, so condoms for sure now.

  TTC 10/2010 DX with PCOS 01/2012 Metformin 05/12. Clomid 07/12 50mg- Bust,no response. 8/12 100mg 0 on CD20=BFP. 9/24-56 9/26-125 10/1-2100 B/G Twins, EDD 05/2013 "It's funny they give you a drug to help get you pregnant, but it makes me not want to have sex with you" -DH.

  BCP. I never had any problems while on them, and I have PCOS and endo, so it's probably the best option.
  
  I have a hard time believing we need contraception at all, but I don't know how we would handle 3 very young children in the unlikely event of a surprise BFP.

  I'll be having my tubes tied.  While I never had an issue with BCP, I just don't want to go on.  I've heard of tooooo many IUD failures.  DH would rather not have ST than wear a condom so I think that is our best option.

  Diagnosed with Severe DOR at 31 years old (AMH .14 FSH 9.8)

  I am planning on the pill at least for a little while - maybe a year to 18 months. I didn't have a problem with it before and really like predicting AF and having a more manageable AF. After that we'll take a BFP whenever we get one.

  
  

  DH doesn't like condoms and I had an allergic reaction to the latex, so that's out.

  I did the mini pill until I stopped bf and now in back to the combo pill. I love knowing exactly when to expect my period.

  I was told by my doc that the depo provera shot is safe while breastfeeding but I didn't breastfeed.
  
  I went on BCPs (Ocella) at 6 weeks PP. I felt like it wasn't working because even though I wasn't taking the placebo week I was still having AF and she was awful and I was in so much pain. So I switched to condoms for a little bit and then the Depo Provera shot. It made me feel awful. My AF stuff was under control and I had little to no endo pain. But I felt like a crazy hormonal lunatic. I went off it in April or May I think because we were planning on TTC in August...well we changed our minds on that so I went back on Ocella BCPs. Not 100% happy but it will have to do. I need to keep my endo suppressed and we don't want to get pregnant.

  I'm either doing implanon or nexplanon I think. We want to wait at least a year to ttc again and do not need a surprise baby.

  It depends on how BF goes with 2.0. If it goes well then I will consider other options besides regular old BCP, which is what I did after DS.

  I am on Mirena. I found out that I have pretty severe endo during my c/s. We were originally just going to let whatever happens, happen, but after finding out about the endo, we decided to get on Mirena to hopefully suppress it until we are ready for #2.

  Whatever is safest during nursing and then after that, regular BCP. The oncologist we consulted recommended I be on it anytime we aren't TTC to help prevent the growth of cysts on my remaining ovary.

  I was going to go on the mini pill so I could still BF, but my Dr didn't like putting me on that with the zoloft for my PPD. So, we used condoms until she was 5 months old and then just started NNT. I got my first PP AF back at 11 months, so we actively started TTC #2 after that. 

  
  

  We will probably just do the same for the next baby until we get KU with #3. Then, DH is getting snipped.

  We are using condoms. Although having a baby is pretty good birth control in and of itself here. It took a while to have the time and energy for sex. But we plan to discuss trying for number 2 after DD turns 1 so I didn't want to take any hormonal bc.
