Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? DH is finally get his SA done tomorrow morning.
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? Same old, same old. Work is getting busy, but things on the TTC front remain as ever. Not feeling particularly good or bad about it at the moment.

CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? There were 3 years between my sister and I and our younger brother. 2-3 years seems kind of ideal to me. The kids are close enough in age to have each other to play with, look up to (for the younger one), and relate to as they get older. Although if I could, I might just want to have twins. I loved (most of the time) that my sister and I were the same age. We shared clothes, friends, interests, everything. We fought like banshees every now and then, but that's bound to happen with any siblings, whether twins or a few years apart (believe me, I had my fair share of brawls with my little brother, too!).
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? There are a few recipes I'm looking forward to making. And I love nothing more than curling up under blankets with hot tea/coffee/cocoa and a good movie to watch or book to read, so the cooler weather will allow me to do that! Also looking forward to my yummy fall-scented candles and hand soaps. I think I love them even more than the pumpkin-flavored things. And maybe I'll brave some cool nights to sit out on the back patio with a fire crackling away in the fire pit.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? Nope. We are just relaxing this month while I wait to see my OBGYN about what to do. The 30th can't come soon enough!
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? I've stopped thinking about TTC for now, especially since grad school is kicking my ass. My birthday is on Tuesday, though.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? Nope. It is what it is.
CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? 2-3 years would be awesome. I'd ideally start when the first one was 18 months and see how long it takes. I like that it's close enough but not too close in age, because my brother is 5 years older than I am, and I don't feel as connected to him because of it.
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? Drinking apple cider, watching the leaves change, the chill in the air, etc.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? I am not temping this cycle, just going with the flow. Have ST whenever I want. I MIGHT use my Wondfu OPK's bc my f*cking clearblue digital thing broke AGAIN.
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? DH was supposed to give up pot... key words "supposed to" I can't even rant about it because I am so fed up right now. My physician is concerned it has taken us 10 months and we are still TTC. He thinks my Gyno is not going enough and it worries me. He knows about DH too... There is just a whole lot of F*CKed up things going on in my head and I'm pretty sure I am a ticking time bomb.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? Should I be showing more concern about taking 10 months. This is now my 2nd doctor who has told me that 10 months is a little long for someone my age and health. I feel like my Gyno is not doing her part.
CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? I would prefer 3-4 years between each kid. My SIL has 13 months between her boys and it is just a lot of work and needyness. They both aren't fully independent and it's like you need 4 sets of eyes to keep track. My sister's son is 4 and he is an only child. He will probably have a sibling by the time he is 5 and by then I think he is going to be so used to be an only child it might be a little bit of a shock. My sister and I are 3 1/2 years a part and we had an awesome child hood growing up that way.
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? I love going apple picking. I do it every year. I take the apples I pick and make apple bread and apple cup cakes. I also love hot chocolate weather, so the fall reminds me that it is getting closer to hot chocolate weather. Oh and we start up the fire place. Mmm

How many months/cycles have you been TTC? 2 months actually trying 5 months of unprotected ST
Where are you in your cycle? day 11
Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? Bought a new thermometer, it blows, went back to the old one, temps are way off. So no temping right now. Started OPKs on Tuesday
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? Ehh work sucks and its putting me in an nasty mood all the time. I feel bad for my boys

CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? Preferabley 3 years between kids to get one out of diapers before the next one starts. But since I was once young and dumb there will be at least 12.5 years between my kids.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? Did 50mg of Clomid, and it made me ovulate. Now we just play the 2 week waiting game.
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? I'm really hopeful for this cycle, and I know I shouldn't be. Our timing was perfect, and I actually O'd for once. But this is going to be our first and last round of Clomid for quite a while. It could be a year or a few years before we do another round again. H isn't on board with taking matters into our own hands for a while, and is still very leary about how we did this cycle medicated. So I'm not going to push the subject until he is 100% on board and ready, and am just going to enjoy doing things now that we can't do when we have children. It makes me sad, and isn't the direction I want to go. But I also want my husband ready and excited about it.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? We have a wedding to go to on 12DPO, and I'm debating on whether to drink or not. Should I test that morning, and if it's negative then go right ahead? Or wait to test, and just have a glass or 2?
CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? I would really like them very close. Like within 18 months of each other. But I've already decided that we'll take it one day at a time. This could completely change, and after 1 I may say that we want them 5 years apart instead.
My reasoning is that I would like them to be close enough to share interests and be able to play together. My brother and I are 4 years apart, and it was like we were 2 children raised as an only child. We both hated it, and still to this day we aren't very close.
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? Going to the farm and helping out after work. Along with everything pumpkin, fall decorations, etc. Fall is my favorite season.

As for your question, I would go ahead and test (if you're ok with seeing a potential false BFN) and then drink. If it's a BFP, you'll know not to. :-)

Where are you in your cycle? CD 9
Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? I started using the "lucky fertility monitor" my sisters gave me. I got 2 bars instead of 1 for the first time today (3 means you're most fertile), so at least I know something's happening!
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? H asks me every day how many bars I got and I think it's really cute. Work went from dead to crazy busy in a matter of days, so I'm trying not to get overwhelmed. I'm not liking it.

QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? Thanksgiving most of all because it's the one time of year my family is all together (we are in NJ, NY, MA, VA, and AZ). Also, hockey, boots, hoodies, spiced teas/coffees, apple picking, Halloween, my birthday, hot chocolate, bonfires, you get the point!

Where are you in your cycle? CD17 (I think?)
Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? No, just trying to guess around when O will be lol. My temps have been weird this week.
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? I got a very positive OPK (wondfo) on Monday at CD14. Like VERY VERY positive. I dunked a digi in the same cup and it was negative. Weird? I did another digi Tuesday am with FMU and it was still negative. Every night this week (after work, so about 5:30pm) have been negative. There was no temp shift either. I'm thinking I had a dud wondfo or something... orrrr my bits are fucking with me. Either or, lol.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? Nah, I'm just feeling very meh about all of this. lol. I'm going to try and get laid tonight since H has the day off.
CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? I guess two years. H and I are both only children, so we don't really have any first hand experience... and I have friends who hate their siblings and some whose siblings are their bestest pals. I don't know. I guess we'll see how one baby/child goes. I could be OAD.
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? EVERYTHING... mostly cooler weather, though. My windows have been open at my house AAALLL WEEK. It's glorious!
Thanks girls. I'm okay with seeing a false negative. That part doesn't bother me. If AF (or signs of her) doesn't come by 14DPO, then I will test again. But even if I get a negative, then I may still only have a couple.
@sewilson33 I would definitely express your concerns with your H. Explain to him how you feel like maybe his usage has something to do with it taking this long. Then ask him to discontinue use for the next 3 months to see if it makes any difference. Giving him a timeline of trying while he isn't using it, may make it more feasible for him to quit using.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? Had "the talk" about Clomid, waiting for O to determine when to get bloodwork done, got DH the script for SA and going to call and set up an appt today. When all the results are in I'll have another appt
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? Excited we're getting more testing done and that we're pushing ahead, but honestly I'll be sad if I end up using medication.

In a perfect world I'd say when the 1st is 2yrs to be pregnant with number2. I'd just like them decently close in age and we want three, so after this experience I wouldn't want to wait too long to try again.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? I had an HSG last Thursday. I start progesterone pills 3x day tomorrow .
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? Bad: my husband had trouble from kidney stones yesterday. Good: He's feeling better today. Also, a woman is going to meet Ozzy (the foster dog) Saturday so he might get a forever home.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? I didn't take Femara this cycle. I don't know why he didn't prescribe it unless it had something to do with having the HSG. That said, I don't know whether to be optimistic about the progesterone this cycle or not.

DH tends to be a Debbie Downer (he doesn't like our townhome, and always complains when we take him to a restaurant that we have already taken him to). We have some new places to take them this time, so hopefully he won't be so negative.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? Just the waiting game right now. Our timing was really good, so I'm (fortunately or unfortunately) hopeful.

Have you done anything different or plan to this cycle? 100mg clomid... No signs of O though.
Any good or bads in regards to TTC or life in general? Had my repeat pap today where my obgyn explained more what made my last pap abnormal. Apparently my abnormal pap was an abnormal abnormal pap for someone my age. There are cellular changes inside my cervix that usually point to the possibility of cervical cancer in older women. So, depending on how is pap comes back I may need an endometrial biopsy next. I'm trying not to freak out. Macadamia liquor and green tea is helping but the buzz is wearing off.
Thoughts, questions, concerns? I just don't know how much more I can take this early in TTC and having female issues (never Oing and this cervical thing). I'm definitely not myself anymore.
CBHQ: If you could pick the age difference between your children, how much time would you put between having your 1st and 2nd? Why? I just hope we can have one kid, if we get two or more I'll take them whenever I can get them. I'm 10 years younger then my brother, 5 younger then my sister, and 17 months older then my other sister. I'm different from all of them. DH is 5 years younger then his sister and they are best friends. So I don't think the distance apart (within 0-5 years) matters in closeness much.
QOTD: What are some things you are getting excited about for this fall season? Decorating for fall/thanksgiving/Halloween. Pumpkin almost everything. And Disney World in November.
