Do You Like Audio Books?

I've tried and I've tried, but I just can't seem to pay attention to audio books. I've tried to listen to them while I'm driving and while I'm prepping for supper and while I'm cleaning the house. But my mind just wonders elsewhere. I have to be looking at the words to focus on what's going on. What do you think about them?

Then I tried listening while cooking and found that I was concentrating on dinner and missing everything in the book.

I guess I am just more of a visual person. So I have given up on audiobooks.

This. DH tried to get me to do an audio book on our drive today, but I told him no because in addition to what was listed above, I find them to be soporific, and the last thing I need to do while driving home is drift off to sleep!
