What books did you start/finish/make good progress on/totally neglect this weekend?

I'm just about through my audiobook (Hot Ice by NR). I was able to take a good chunk out of it yesterday. I only read about 50 or so pages of Lola.

I didn't have a lot of time for reading since we were visiting family and friends in Arkansas over the weekend, but I did make a bit of progress on The 5th Wave and started Eleanor & Park.

I made some good progress with Storm & Siege. Not as much as I would have liked. It sucks because I want to just skip work and read it today. I had to force myself to put it down because I had a ton of things to do this weekend. I remember the pre-DS days when I could just hole up and read all weekend. Totally worth it, but those days are long gone for quite some time. I guess soon enough he will realize I am a dork and want to hang out with his friends instead.

I didn't read much. Womp. I'm almost done with my re-read of Book 1 of the Kate Daniels series.

I read some of the Kate Daniels novellas from Andrea and Curran's points of view. They were fun, but didn't really add much to the series.

I also finished the Unearthly series (Boundless #3). It was ok, but not change-your-life good.

I finishes TFioS this weekend and I have changed my opinion of it. While I didn't really like the first 75% or so of the book, I absolutely loved the lasted 25% of it. Let's just say that I was glad that DH had friends over when I finished it and didn't have to explain why I was crying in bed for at least an hour.

Now I am on to Gone Girl. I am behind the times on so many books...

I didn't have too much time to read but I finally finished The Girl You Left Behind. Eh, I gave it a 3. I know I'm probably in the minority, but I didn't love it.

I finished listening to The Dream Thieves, which was wonderful. I made very little progress on Enchanted. I started reading The Runaway King, but then I remembered I really didn't like the first book in the series and quit. Life's too short to read something bad. I started listening to Storm Front.

@sneetches Where did you get your copy from? I'd love to do a re read right away, but I think I'd like to check out the audio. My library doesn't have it yet and I have a disabled audible account. I think I'm just going to have to wait until my library decides to carry it.

I made a lot of progress on NOS4A2, and I think I'm more than 1/2 way through it now. This has to be some kind of record for me to have read so much in only a week.

I had expected to finish Me Before You on Friday, but I wound up having less alone time in the car than anticipated. I may have forced Tatum to listen to a chunk of it on Friday night, thinking it was late and she would just fall asleep on the drive home anyway. She was quiet, but she was definitely still awake when we got home. Oops. So I'm likely to finish it on my way home today. I hope so, because Raven Boys is ready and waiting for me at the library to pick up on my way home today!

I spent a good chunk of time at the gym this weekend and during that time I decided to start Johnny Cash's autobiography. Between the gym on Sat and Sunday, I managed to devour 261 out of 363 pages.

Was this a 2nd reading of Catching Fire? If it's your first read-through of The Hunger Games series my mind is currently boggling at how you picked up any other book except Mockingjay after finishing Catching Fire. :P
