Anyone have a good one? I have a frozen pie crust I need to use and was thinking quiche could be interesting.

I love quiche....or any sort of egg pie

The problem we're having is I hate broccoli and H hates spinach. He also dislikes Swiss cheese and we're both not big on bacon.

Ok so just follow the basic recipe and add the veggies and cheese you do like. Foods like quiche are so forgiving. The only thing I would suggest you keep in mind is the kind of cheese you use, you don't want it to be too salty
