What are you up to this weekend?

Work at 5am tomorrow. We are going out to dinner either tomorrow night or Sunday afternoon. No real plans for us. I thought about making homemade cream puffs sometime this weekend.

Do you think you'll sleep any at all tonight @nfp147? You leave tomorrow for your trip right?

Tonight we are having dinner with my BIL & SIL. DH's cousins just moved into the area so it is a "Welcome to the area" dinner party. Also, my guilty pleasure is putting my13 month old nephew to bed because he is the biggest angel ever. He passes out in like 5 minutes and holds my hand and then starts snoring the tiniest bit. He is too cute for his own good.

Tomorrow we are having A LOT of work done on the outside of our house so I am hoping my Mom will come up and spend the day with me and do girl things. Then we have a dinner date with friends of ours.

Sunday NOTHING! WOoohoooo!

Oh yes, I'm a good sleeper. We don't leave until tomorrow at 10:30pm, so I'm aiming for an afternoon nap as well

Tonight I think H and I are staying in, with maybe a quick trip to my brother & SILs to drop off all the foods he's made for them.

Tomorrow, I have a ladies lunch, and then I think we're going to hang out with my family before my younger brother goes back to San Diego, to move to Calgary.

I'm really looking forward to Sunday. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time last Sunday, because some friends of ours gave us a gc. Loved it. But we have a tradition of watching the Bears game at a local sports bar, which is about a block away. So our goal this week is to go to our local place for the 1pm (eastern) games, and then head to BWW for the 4pm games. We're going to have to pace ourselves, but I think we can do it.

We're having our annual early fall party. Of course the weather didn't get the memo about it being fall and it's going to be 83.

DH is hanging out with a friend tonight (he called it a "date" because it's a female friend; he's so funny) and going finishing tomorrow afternoon.

I will be finishing up my humongous freelance assignment, going cross-eyed uploading each and every item individually to the tracking system, and maybe swinging over to my dad's house Saturday evening to hang out and play with their new Ragdoll kitten.

So happy it's Friday!!!

We are going out to dinner tonight with my parents (owe my dad a late birthday dinner from back in March), then working on a bunch of house stuff tomorrow, and Sunday we want to put up our outdoor Halloween decorations. Then possibly carve pumpkins!

I'm so happy this weekend isn't full of a bunch of stuff.

Nothing!! We have had family in town and have been busy busy busy every weekend as far back as I can remember. I am going to do absolutely nothing!

One thing I am looking forward to is homemade gyros. Yum!

Tonight we're taking it easy. Tomorrow I'm doing a Run or Dye 5k in the AM, taking the (new) car to the shop in the afternoon, getting in some ST somewhere, and then we're having a first birthday party for the pup and his bro! Sunday is church and probably going to coffee with my friend before she leaves town for the week. She's giving me her leftover cheapie OPKs (and HPTs), so I'll probably pee on some things this weekend as well.

We're staying in tonight- I think I like the sound of taco Friday. Tomorrow we'll be tailgating- without booze for me. Sunday is the day for errands, cleaning and relaxing.

@bruinsbab33 Thank you for that tip. I will be sure to. We carve them with MIL, and she was asking if they would last if we carved them this soon. So we will give this a try. Thanks!

I've also seen to soak them in bleach. Idk if that works or not.

We fly out tomorrow at 10:30pm.

Tonight we need to get the dog's nails trimmed and do laundry.

Tomorrow I have a haircut in the morning and then we'll pack and hopefully have a nap.

Tonight we're going to a friend's house to have cake for her daughter's birthday. Then home to get in my jersey, grab a beer, and watch the devils home opener!

Not sure about Saturday, but my photographer emailed me yesterday promising that our pictures would FINALLY be ready to go through by the weekend, so hopefully a lot of that!

Sunday we're going to brunch for H's sister's bf's daughter (got that?!).

You put the Vaseline on the inside and also on all of the carved parts. Basically any inside of the pumpkin that is going to be exposed to the air. It won't prevent it from rotting, but it will prolong he life of the carving.

Happy Friday, ladies!!

We have some work to do for school and around the house this weekend, but it'll be pretty low-key overall.

Then on Sunday we're leaving for our anniversary trip!! (yep, we're just making this whole 2 weeks an anniversary-fest, lol) We have M/T off of school/work. so we'll be gone Sunday through Tuesday afternoon, staying in the same cabin where we had our "minimoon" the week after the wedding last year.

I took today off, after a week of being on crutches. My kids are taking a unit test all day, so it's a wasted day anyways......This weekend we are going to work on the inside of the house as it is supposed to rain all weekend.

Tom and I took today off so we could go insure and register our new car. Then we ate way too much. Now we're just hanging and watching the Red Sox. Later we may or may not go to my sister's house to hang out with her and her husband and my niece and nephew.

Tomorrow I have to go to a going away party for my stepbrother and his wife because they're moving to San Diego.

Sunday is football.

We are visiting my parents for the weekend. We're going to a fall festival in town tomorrow and then hopefully meeting up with friends! Sunday we have church in the morning and then I need to do some housework. Happy weekend, everyone!
