I'm planning on 30 minutes at the gym tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday. That's the goal for the week.

Sunday we went to a festival and walked for no joke 6 hours, I thought I was going to die.
Yesterday I did nothing because DH was starving when I got home so we ate early. I hate that it is getting darker because I can't walk after work then and my gym equipment is not set up at home.
I am thinking about starting to do Yoga in the morning when I wake up, 15-20 mins either every day or every other day. I think I desperately need this to start to relax my mind.

Zumba was cancelled yesterday, so no workout for the next week.

I did yard work all weekend. We had a 'crew' (only family) digging out around our house to put in a drain pipe. Since I'm not a good observer I helped where they'd let me and raked the yard.
Yesterday was a Dr. appointment after work so I didn't do anything
My goal this week is to do 4-5 days of cardio and lift for 2-3 of those days. I've been in a major rut lately, but I'm going for it this week!
