Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • Yesterday I got more than my daily step-count! Just over 11,000! Woohoo!

  • I keep bringing a full gym bag to work.  That's added weight, it counts, right?
  • Yesterday I planned to work out over lunch....got all the way to my car and realized that I had no towel to shower after. Today I'm going, damn it!!

  • I'm in a quad of cubes with my 3 favorite CWs, I call them my work husbands. I told them today - YELL at me if I don't change for the gym before I leave. That turned into how this never works out well for them when their wives tell them to work out/not eat cake/ etc. I was in tears I was laughing so hard...

    I did! Bike 10 mins and I tried w3d1 of c25k, but my last run, last 30 seconds... I couldn't do it. My calves are so tight and hurt! I'm going to try to build them back up with raises and stick to w2 until I can do it without stopping. I usually have to stretch between runs.

  • I just ran for 10 minutes on my lunch.  It kicked my butt.  I need to get back in shape. lol!
