I marked a few times a month, but our fast food consists of Subway on the way home from work, splitting a quesadilla at Taco Bell if we're running a bunch of errands, and DQ Blizzards. But we don't normally eat fast food as an actual meal.

I had an ice cream sundae from mcd in May. Before that, I think I had fries at mcd's in 2004 (seriously).

Well all of my food must be manufactured by unicorns- Taco Bell does that, right? Uses unicorns to make their cheese product? If not then I will start protesting ASAP. My focus will shift from Petland to a Taco Bell.

A few times a week. I'm too lazy to make/bring a lunch to work, and my place of employment has a cafeteria filled with glorious foods. It's glorious, but I've also noticed that I've gained weight since the start of my job. Whoops.

We usually go a few times a week. We live like a mile from all the fast food restaurants in town so sometimes it's just so convenient. We've been trying to cut back and eat at home more though.

Usually, I can go maybe once a month. But I've gone 3 times now in the past week. I've been doing more running around than usual and we haven't gone legit grocery shopping in too long, so there's nothing to throw together at home. I really need to stop.

I said a few times a year. But that really depends on your definition of Fast Food.

Chipotle is 'Fast Casual' thankyouverymuch.

Actually fast food, like a burger and fries? A few times a month...usually as a snack when out running errands, not usually replacing a meal. I stop more for tea and a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast though at the local coffee place.

Almost never except if I am near an In-N-Out.

I do occasionally buy the protein box from Starbucks if I am out and didn't grab a lunch. Not sure if that counts as "fast food."

This is me. We tend to turn towards it more when we haven't gone to the grocery store!

my old boss used to eat mcdonalds every single day for lunch. he would go there and wouldn't even have to tell them what he wanted they would just make his tray for him.

and then about 30 minutes after he got back from lunch he'd go to the bathroom for about an hour.

it was absolutely disgusting. and he was a skinny man.

I eat it probably a couple times a week. Weekends mostly. I don't like cooking on the weekends. Lol. and OMG @pinkinprovence YOU ARE CRAZY!!!! McDs FF are the freaking best. I swear when I go there I need to get an extra small fry for the drive home. LOL

FFC: That used to be me. The McD's every day part, not the hour long visit part (eww). It was probably close to 10 years ago. Every day. Same meal. As you can imagine, I consider that a low point in my life. Believe it or not, it was also the same time I lost probably 15-20 lbs over 6 months. And when I stopped the daily McD, I gained it all back. Go figure.

No thanks- that was obviously not healthy.

I'm a few times a week. DH and I work opposite shifts so we only eat together on the weekends and I've never liked cooking for one. During the week unless we have something easy at home I can just grab I tend to eat fast food. I'm getting better about this, though, and try to have more stuff at home that's easy.

DH and I try to avoid the drive-thru places as much as possible, be we do take-out once a week (DH loves pizza and chinese) so I don't know if that counts. I do get a monthly hankering for McD fries though (usually when AF is on her way.. uugh). I have to say we do our best to cook at home and eat, but sometimes it just doesn't work out that way.

I totally had one of those days last weekend! Also the "Don't you judge me" totally reminded me of his mom in My Name is Earl. I miss that show!
