Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's still not done. They were coming out Tues then Thurs, then rescheduled to "first time Saturday morning" because of the rain. 1pm Saturday I called, and guess what?!
The parts they ordered were WRONG! They sat there for 2 F-ING MONTHS and they weren't even the right ones. They promised me they will fedex them and the contractor will be there right away to put them in this week. I'm waiting for the store manager to call back... now I am asking for some compensation. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Yea they called me yesterday, but I was enjoying a day with my mom and didn't want to get worked back up. I'm ready now for them to call.
I also complained on their rant or rave FB page and they said they were escalading it to the marketing director... he called and left a message refering me back to the store manager. Wow... way to escalade it.
past year with our pool is crazy!! From scheduling & ordering wrong parts to work ethic makes me sad. And no one cared!! I hope you get everything taken care of soon!!
I think you certainly deserve some manner of compensation. I mean, if I could get my deck guy to give us a discount for being delayed a few weeks, you should get SOMETHING!
I just talked to the store manager. He was really really nice. I asked for compensation and he said he will call me after its done and will get something for us. He said he would be asking the same thing if it was his deck. So hopefully it's done this week or beginning of next week and he will hook us up. But I'm not sure what to ask for/ take.
