I know there are some of you that don't check GPM regularly. So I figured I would make a post over here too. Especially since I'm interested in doing the Biggest Loser thing, and I didn't want anyone thinking I was doing it while pregnant.
H and I found out yesterday that we lost the baby. This is our 2nd miscarriage, and we are devastated. It quit growing at 5w6d, which is a week and 2 days longer than the prior one grew. Our emotions are all over the place, and for now we're just trying to "be." I started having some spotting a little after 6 weeks (that I was told was normal/brought on by sex and not to be concerned about), and around 8 weeks I told H that I didn't think things were right in there. We didn't have our first appointment and ultrasound until 9 weeks.
Here's a couple of posts I did on GPM that is more descriptive on what happened, and how things went along.

We have discussed things, and we are planning to TTC again right away. According to the ultrasound the cysts on my ovaries have diminished greatly, and my Dr is hopeful that this pregnancy may have corrected them some. So they are recommending we not wait to try again, if we are mentally prepared for it. We know that we aren't mentally ready for another round of Clomid, and to be honest I'm not sure when we will be. H wasn't keen on it in the first place, and is still against IUI or IVF at all. Along with adoption. So if my body doesn't kick itself into gear, then I know our only shot is Clomid or no kids at all. Which makes me scared to do it again knowing it is the only option my husband will agree to, and if it doesn't work then I face never having children.
Right now we're waiting on a natural miscarriage, and I go back next Monday for another ultrasound to see if it has passed. If it has not, then my Dr is okay with waiting another week. If at that point it hasn't passed on its own, then we will discuss a D&C.
