Are you going to say something? That is really fucked up.
"I DO NOT love that you think so many things revolve around you. I know you're bitter. I get it. But I'm over your feelings." The best person on the internet ever!
This makes me so sad for this girl and the ones who agree with her. I can't imagine the amount of pain that would cause this way of thinking. It is not normal, and I'm sure before their losses they had a certain amount of selfishness and lack of coping skills that, coupled with their losses, lead to such warped thinking. I hope they get the help they need. Though I've never experienced a loss, I can't imagine wishing that on anyone, let alone my sister.

I'm with the above ladies. Though I have not experienced a loss and don't know personally the grief you feel, I find that a bit much... I agree that you cant control thoughts, and maaaaaaaybe sharing with people you trust and and super close with maybe.... but followed by but I don't mean it and i feel bad for saying it or something! The no remorse and the wish that your niece of nephew dies is completely diffierent from saying "I wish they weren't pg." I hope you find something to say that makes you feel better. Maybe others feel the same way as you, but don't know what to say. Sorry you had to see that and feel uncomfortable with your support group.

I didn't say anything. I went back to the conversation and it had been deleted. The group administrator posted a reminder that offensive posts would be deleted. I "liked" her post.
I can't understand her, but feel like the poster must have just been depressed. I'm not in any way justifying it, but I was more disturbed by all the people who agreed. God knows I have posted irrational thoughts before, but I'd never expect normal people to justify my insanity.
IUI - BFP! Baby boy born still - August 2012
IVF - BFP - miscarriage June 2013
FET - BFN
FET - BFN

IVF with PGD - three embryos created, all healthy - July 2014 FET - transferred two embryos (boy and girl) - Nov 2014 - BFP!
I know this is a little late, but I will chime in.
While I would never wish loss on anyone, I have at times found comfort in knowing that other people have had losses and that I am not alone. However, I find that a lot different than openly wishing that one's niece or nephew would die.
It sounds like that woman is going through a lot, and I'm sorry it came to her saying that. I'm glad to hear the post was deleted and I hope she can get the help that she needs.
Re: This isn't normal, right? Loss related
