I think he will be in charge of more dinners when kids come along. Most of the tasks that I do, I enjoy doing. Grocery shopping, laundry and house cleaning are my favorite days of the week.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermmeal prep/cooking- mostly me, he does once in a while.
laundry- me, unless I work late and he needs close

yard work- DH, I have horrible allergies with cut grass

pet care (feeding/walkings/cleaning up) we both do this, DH cleans the yard poop and we usually both walk.
I think most of this will stay the same, although we will switch laubdry/dishes when I get pregnant so I won't have to carry the clothes basket up and down stairs.

In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!
T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.
I can't see this changing very much when we have kids... I certainly am not going to start doing yard work. He probably would help out with laundry a little more, just because there would be 3 of us.

injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13

Meal prep/cooking - About 70% me, 30% DH. DH has certain meals he cooks like anything barbecue or white sauce lasagna.
Laundry - Me, mainly because it irritates me that he'll pick his clothes out of the hamper to wash and won't do mine, then I won't have enough clothes for a load...
House cleaning - Me, DH will help with vacuuming and mopping sometimes but that's it.
Washing dishes - Me, DH will give up before they're all washed because he says his hands get pruny...

ETA: I see nothing changing with kids. H will help, I'm just going to have to come to terms with his way of doing things isn't wrong, it's just not exactly the way I would have done things, and that's ok. lol. buuuut that's not happening yet so no need to worry. lol.
