We finally have a plan!
After 5 years of NNT and 20 months of TTC we finally have a plan! I met with the RE today to go over all of our test results and everything shows that we are both fine, they couldn't find a single thing wrong with either of us...other than the fact that I don't ovulate which they have no explanation for.
The RE gave us two options, the first being trying clomid and TI or possibly IUI. The second option is moving right to injects + trigger + IUI. The RE was honest with me and told me that he didn't have high hopes that clomid would work for me and he didn't think the risks associated with clomid were worth it but if we weren't ready to move to the injects/trigger/IUI then he'd be willing to try a few rounds. Dh wasn't able to make the appointment but we had previously talked about it and agreed we'd like to move forward to IUI so we're going with option 2. The RE said they were willing to do 3 rounds of injects/trigger/IUI before moving to IVF.
So now we just wait. I have my hysteroscopy and D&C on December 6th and then I'm to call the RE a week after that to come in for a lack of menses evaluation (unless I get AF myself which isn't likely). I'll then start provera and on CD3 I'll start the injects for 3 evenings and then start being monitored. They'll monitor me pretty much daily and based on that determine when I should trigger, then we'll schedule the IUI. If the first one doesn't work they like to immediately go into the same thing the next cycle.
