Update (sort of)

They basically treated my appt this afternoon like my OB intake appt. The nurse was incredibly sympathetic, and she understands how worried I am, but there's not much they could check. She took a look, and she said I didn't have very much blood coming from my cervix at all (now), so it could be fine.
They ordered my bloodwork, so I'm at the diagnostic place now waiting to go back. I'll have to call tomorrow to let my nurse know I got the labs done so she can call and get the results for my hcg.
I'm bleeding a lot less than I was. I'd call it spotting moreso now. I'm still crampy, though. So basically, no real answers right now. Pray for good lab results, please.

I asked, believe me. She said if it's too early, it might not even look like there's anything in there, whereas a week later they can confirm a fetus. So no, I couldn't get it today.
They got me scheduled for a dating u/s at 8 weeks, so Dec 10. The nurse said if my numbers come back good enough, they'll work to squeeze me in sooner, but at least this way I'm on the books.

I'm glad it sounds like there isn't too much blood now.. hopefully it was just random spotting and all is well!

T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.

I'm glad they were able to schedule you and i know you tried, but I'm surprised also that they didn't even attempt an U/S.
I had some bleeding that started at the end of my 5th week with Delilah and went in to my doc at 6 weeks 0 days. They did a tv u/s with a bunch of warnings ahead a time of not to worry if we didn't see a HB yet, but we got lucky and were able to see it.
I would imagine they would've been able to see a sac and fetal pole at least, right? Maybe they just wanted to err on the side of caution and make sure there'd be something to see as to not cause you more worry since it's still very early though which I also respect. I'm sure the waiting and uncertainty is tough though. Sorry again you're going through this.

one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
