  • I'm trying to keep up with walking this week and trying out running next week. I also plan on starting the 30 Day Shred today....has anyone done it before? I've read good things about it, so thought I'd use it to ease back into working out since the video is short. Oh and I have my 5K on Thursday

  • I ran once last week, tried another night, but my calves suck.  I really need to build them back up.

    @UDerin02 - I love 30DS, I was doing it every Sunday.  It's short, but HARD.  I've never been brave enough to try the second level.

  • Ugh. Not a damn thing. I am ashamed. This weekend I am making DH help me move the treadmill back into the house because thats all I really use at the gym anyway. Its just so bulky and looks terrible during showings.

    I was figuring its gonna be hard especially because its short...just trying to convince myself that it won't be :).

  • I didn't get to my saturday zumba/toning class this past weekend becasue I was getting my hair done, but I got my hair done!

    Sunday - hike with the dogs

    Monday - 75 min of Yoga - 1 hr RIPPED

    Wednesday - gym

    Thursday - 1.5 hour Turkey Day Workout. I think it will be a combination of zumba/toning/RIPPPED

    I still love it, esp when I'm done haha.  I feel accomplished.  It's awesome when you do it consistently and then it's like WOW it's not as hard as it used to be.  I love that feeling.
