    Ugh, I feel your pain!  We've been hit bad this past week too and are supposed to get more ice/snow today...and it's only December!  Usually our 'bad' weather doesn't show up until late January into February.  Stay bundled up!

    You stay warm too! The flurries have started today, and we're due for more snowy/icy/freezing rain hell today. It's technically not even winter yet!

    I'm originally from Philly (and surrounding suburbs), but came to NY 15 years ago, so I'm pretty much an 'adopted NY'er' at this point. There was a 3 year stint that I lived in Barcelona with my H, but we came back due to visa issues (as in we didn't have a visa to live there legally). We always talk about going back - they have 4 seasons, but the winters are considerably milder than the bone chilling cold ones here. For now, we'll stay and enjoy our cozy little house in Long Island :)

    I'm on the NH/MA border. We love it for the most part. My parents live an hour and a half away, and the ILs live an hour away. It's nice to be close to family. Digging out of the snow sucks, though, even if I love the winter wonderland look outside my window.
    TTC #1 since Feb. '12. dx: "unexplained" IF
    After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.
    11/17/2014 - ACTIVE AND WAITING!

    We got about 8 inches, which wasn't bad compared to what we were expecting.  We went out Saturday afternoon, but decided to skip our friend's Christmas party on Saturday night (they live on Pontoosuc) and I'm glad we did because I heard the roads were pretty ugly.  We had to venture out yesterday because, apparently, DH left his shovel in his old garage when we moved, so we had to go buy a new one.  The roads weren't terrible, but I'm glad we have an SUV because we never would've made it out of the driveway in my mini!

    Mmmmm egg nog!

    Clomid 50mg 9/13 = BFP! EDD 6/7/14 M/C 5w6d Found 11/4/13
    1/14 PCOS / Gluten Free Diet to hopefully regulate my system.

    Surprise BFP 6/14, Beta #1: 126 Beta #2: 340  Stick baby, stick! EDD 2/17/15

    Okay now I don't feel as bad.  I always knew you were IA, but thought you were the west end.  I'm about an hour east of the Quad Cities.  We are definitely going to have to plan to meet up some time.
