Does anyone have any good plans for New Years Eve? How about any resolutions?

Nothing too exciting. We will have some friends over to play games and hang out.

Resolutions: Get all my in-laws cards out on time this year....this sounds dumb but I always leave this job up to my H (figuring if I take care of my side he can do his) but he never remembers to even buy cards until a few days after the bday, anniversary etc... has passed. So I'm just going to take charge! I'm also going to try and memorize 52 bible verses (one for each week).
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
"I don't much care where –"
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go.”

We will probably be there well after midnight.
As for resolutions. Hmm... I really just want 2014 to be a better year. 2013 was awful. Maybe I will keep the house cleaner. I want us to continue to bike ride for errands whenever possible. I want to remember how certain things I eat make me feel. I've already eliminated gluten because of celiac and chocolate because of panic attacks (a sad sad thing), so it's not a stretch to eliminate other foods that don't make me feel good and give me an inflammation response. I just need to do it.

DH and I are making appearances at 2 NYE parties hosted by friends, using the other party as the reason for leaving both of them and being home by 10. We'll be ringing in the new year with a bottle of champagne, just us and the dogs, and we're both really excited about it :-)
Not so much resolutions, but we've made a list of things we want to do this year- mostly events and little weekend trips we want to take. I'm definitely doing the whole eating better/working out more as well- but that's not necessarily NY related.
