I need a good audio book

myJunegirls · January 2014

I already have (and listened) to all the HP's

I am just not sure what to start.... I prefer longer ones (I get them on audible).

Any good recs?

I've listened to all of the Demonica series on audio.

We aren't friends on Goodreads so this is just a shot in the dark...

Destiny of the Republic by Candice Millard
The Second Empress by Michelle Moran
Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand
Lisa Scottoline's Don't Go, Come Home or Look Again

Gone with the Wind, Fall of Giants, Winter of the World were all really good really long books I got through audible.

Have you done Game of Thrones? Those were super long and good on audio.

The Name of the Wind was really good on audio, almost done with The Wise Man's Fear on audio too.

I've got Lonesome Dove on deck. I know Andrea just finished The Son (on audio) and was raving about it.
Any Ken Follet book is probably a good choice.

Julie- I actually have Game of Thrones. I started it once- but was getting so confused. Maybe I'll try that again.

Packfan- I actually love Lisa Scottoline books. That may be a good choice too.
