I think it's safe to say my appt today went well!
Got my blood drawn again; I expect b/w results sometime this afternoon to see how my betas are rising and progesterone level is doing.
The office was busy/running slow, so I did a LOT of sitting around and waiting, and it took forEVER to be seen, but I'll forgive all that.

The u/s: was stellar!! I got to see the heartbeat!!! OMG I almost died. I could cry right now I'm so happy. I'm SO relieved!
The doctor today was different than the one I saw last week (and she had a male resident with her, joy, who was a little rough with the wand). She estimates me at 6w1d, because she can't typically determine a heartbeat sooner than that. She also said the risk of miscarriage with the heartbeat today has dropped to <5%!
I'm so happy!! SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! I even took a little video for DH, since he wasn't there. I might have to convince him to go with me next week when I go back for one last appt.

I have my 2nd appointment on Tuesday, so I'm hoping everything goes okay. The preliminary bloodwork from the dr. was good, so just hoping that it's smooth sailing here on out....we're probably due right around the same time too hahaha
BUT...looking at your chart, you could have O'd on cd15 maybe??

Aww I just noticed that lindsayandjamie Beat me to it. I was totally going to say immaculate conception, but maybe we'll just go with divine intervention. And anyways, those spermies can live for a while in there, so who knows. But again, yes yes yes! Yay heartbeat!
