Weekend Reading Progress

It's a beautiful, sunny Monday morning here! I'm hoping to get out for a walk at lunch and enjoy the milder temperatures before winter returns later this week. I hope it's a nice day where you are!

What books did you start/finish/make good progress on/totally neglect this weekend?

I finished Dark Witch by Nora Roberts (4 stars) and started Just One Day by Gayle Forman. I also made a decent dent in Mockingjay (on audio).

I'm nearly halfway through Outlander. I'm nearly done with my relisten of Bed of Roses and I have two credits to burn today for something new. I have no clue what I want though.

I neglected Four Sisters, All Queens this weekend. Outlander is more interesting, even if it's a reread for me.

I reread both Anna and the French Kiss and Lola and the Boy Next Door. I started listening to the fourth book of the Incorrigible Children series.

I had a great reading weekend, H was gone at work or sleeping the whole time. I started and finished Marital Bitch, a freebie kindle book that I've been sitting on for a while.

I started the audiobook of Fangirl and am loving it. I'm feeling like such a nerd for being so excited when Maxwell Caulfield starts reading. All I picture is Rex Manning from Empire Records.

The weather here is also supposed to be warmish. And the sun is out.

I really slacked on The Golden One, I had wanted to finish it this weekend but WoW and movies distracted me.

My library had The Ocean at the End of the Lane available for 7 day loan, so I picked it up and I'm about 4 chapters in. So far I like it a lot, but I have no idea where it's going at all. I'm scared of 7 day loans anymore, because I read so slow! It's due back on Saturday, so I need to read it quick!.

I completely neglected all reading. I need to finish Sugar, Salt, Fat and I only have 100 pages but this book is making me feel angry and guilty all at the same time.

I'm looking forward for you guys doing to re-read to get to The Fiery Cross. I want to pick up A Breath of Snow and Ashes, but it's been so many years, I can't remember what the hell happened in book 5.

I finished Hunting Ground & Fair Game (Alpha & Omega 2 & 3). They were both good, liked them better than #1 but still not as much as the Mercy series. I also started Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland #1).

Some of the later books are all a blur to me at this point. I was way overdue for a re-read!

I finished Wilson by A. Scott Berg. You know a biographer is good when you end up in tears at the end of a biography. It happened when I finished reading John Adams and now again with Wilson.

OMG!! I know I am such a geek but that is one of my all time favorite movies! Now I might just have to watch it again today...

I read most of The Wizard Heir, by Cinda Williams Chima. I'm liking this series better than I thought I would after some so-so reviews here. I mean it is in no way The Seven Realms, but the books hold my attention.

I finished Key of Light by Nora Roberts. On Sunday I finshed of Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo, I couldn't put it down. I also started Dark Places by Gillian Flynn and Lover Revealed by JR Ward, I only got a few pages into each on them.
