Re: Wacky Wednesday Poll
2) Worst movie you've seen recently Daybreakers. My friend promised we'd enjoy it, but it was awful.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie You've Got Mail, Beauty and the Beast. Both are my had-a-bad-day movies.
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime I'm not sure. I'm not a movie buff. There are tons of movies I haven't seen that everyone has and loves. I pretty much watch to be entertained. Lots of Disney and romantic comedies. I guess I'd say everyone should have a favorite Disney movie.
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? Confession: Yes. It's coming down this weekend! It's fake and I love the twinkle lights to be on at night while I read or watch TV.
2) Worst movie you've seen recently See above
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie-Practical Magic, Hope Floats, Step-Brothers,
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime -Hmmm, this is hard. Maybe 'Everything is Illuminated'. For some reason that movie really touched a nerve with me.
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? Nope. I took it down before New Years.
my read shelf:

4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime: Shawshank Redemption is the first to come to mind.
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? We took our tree down but we are still eating off our Christmas dishes.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie You've Got Mail or Father of the Bride. I've seen them so many times at this point, it's rediculous
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime Schnidler's List
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? Yes, but it's naked and I don't turn the lights on it. It's just a matter of not being lazy and taking it down now (it's fake)
2) Worst movie you've seen recently ? Can't think of anything. I haven't seen much lately.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie Ever After
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime Avatar

Wes: 10/8/2012
2) Worst movie you've seen recently ??? I have no idea. Maybe Breaking Dawn part 2 although I didn't watch the entire thing.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie So many. Sixteen Candles; Office Space; Anything Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers; The Magnificent Seven; The King and I; The Lost Boys; Duel in the Sun; Mean Girls; Monty Python and the Holy Grail; 300; An Affair to Remember
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime An Affair to Remember
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? I still have one up in the gazebo. I turned the timer off so it doesn't light up, but I haven't taken the tree down because I don't want to have to drag everything the 500 feet through the mounds of snow in order to get to the tree and then drag everything back through the snow to the house. It is easier to wait for the thaw and take it down then.
2) Worst movie you've seen recently Sharknado. DH talked me into watching it on Netflix last week. He thought it was terribly bad in a funny way. I thought it was just awful.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie: Happy Gilmore (or sometimes Billy Madison or perhaps Tommy Boy. One of those types).
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime Fried Green Tomatoes. I totally agree with pp on this. I've probably seen this movie 100 times.
ETA: Bonus. I finally got mine down 4 days ago and it was driving me nuts! It's so time consuming to put up and take down and dh refuses to help me. We put it in the upstairs living room that we rarely use and I'm thinking next year I just might not bother with it.
2) Worst movie you've seen recently
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up?
2) Worst movie you've seen recently - I watched a really horrible Hallmark Christmas movie. Can't think of the name of it right now but it was THE WORST.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie - I don't feel guilty about any of the movies I watch, but I do have a soft spot for cheesy 80's dance movies. One in particular is Fast Forward about a dance group from Ohio that goes to NYC for a competition and shenanigans ensue.
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime - Inception.
2) Worst movie you've seen recently I really don't know. I don't watch many movies. It was probably one of those Hallmark or Lifetime movies that were on over the holidays that I watched while wrapping presents.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie Empire Records, Love Actually, French Kiss
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime The Lord of the Rings movies. My husband was not allowed to marry me until he watched them.

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
"I don't much care where –"
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go.”
― Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime: Citizen Kane, Casablanca, Star Wars

2) Worst movie you've seen recently - I hate the National Lampoon movies but every year I'm forced to watch Christmas Vacation at least a few times
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie - Almost any disney movie
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime - The Star Wars original Trilogy (I've clearly been brainwashed by my husband).
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? We don't have room in our current set up for our Xmas tree so it's been living in the attic the last two years but I guarantee if I *had* put it up then yes it would still be up!

my read shelf:
2) Worst movie you've seen recently I watched a fair amount of Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel this year, and none of them were blockbusters.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie Indian Summer, Housesitter (Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn)
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime This is a weird choice, but I would say Dave with Kevin Kline and Sigourney Weaver. So few people have heard of it, but it is my favorite movie of all time.
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? Nope. I took it down before New Year's Day. I was done with holiday spirit!
Such a good movie. Also I love your sig.
3) Go-to guilty pleasure movie The Holiday. Jude Law in that movie...swoon...
4) Movie every human should see at some point in their lifetime No idea.
Bonus: If you put up a tree, is it still up? Heck no, I want what little living space I have back as soon as the new year is here.
