Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just spoke to a client who wanted an appointment and this is how our conversation went:
Client - I need to make an appointment but I need to come in on an evening or a weekend.
Me - I apologize. The last appointment we have is at 3pm and we don't have weekend appointments.
Client - Can I have 3pm on Saturday?
Me - Again, I apologize. We don't have weekend appointments.
Client - But I work full time.
Me - I'm sorry. We don't have weekend appointments.
Client - hm... Let's push this out a little bit then. Can I have Monday, May 26th at 3pm?
Me - I'm sorry. That's Memorial Day. The office is closed for the holiday.
Client - But I have off from work that day.
Me - Yeaaaa.. it's a holiday.
Client - So...Monday the 26th? 3pm okay?
Me - Of May? No. I'm sorry. The office is closed for the holiday.
Client - So what are you saying?
