2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Sticking to a budget
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Cake decorating
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Being creative in the kitchen, I can follow a recipe no problem & cook pretty well but it would be nice to just see a bunch of stuff and think "oh, I can do this with that"
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Bake, we never eat as much as I make so it seems like a waste
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Being patient
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? I used to be pretty good at sketching, but I haven't tried since HS.

Do you have freezer space where you can do that?

There are so many options! I always wanted to learn how to play ice hockey, though.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at?
Playing piano. I've mostly forgotten, and I was primarily self taught to begin with.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often?
Playing flute. I don't practice enough because I don't have performance opportunities except for occasionally playing at church.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Knit. I am stuck in the land of scarves and hats. I would like to be able to make socks and maybe gloves.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? I am a good cook, but I don't really enjoy it, so I don't do it very often. The fact that I live alone doesn't help because I end up making things that I can eat as leftovers for the week, which doesn't leave much room for experimenting with new recipes.
As for what I'd like to work on? Years ago I could speak decent French, Japanese and Spanish. With each month that passes the latter two are getting worse. My daughter is in French immersion so at least we use that one at home regularly. She's learned so much this year! She'd be totally functional if we were to go to France again any time soon.
As for what I'm good at? Makeup application. I do a few brides in the summers. But leave it at that. Public speaking is another thing I can do. I currently do some every week. But I'm phasing out of that job.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Saying no and having people believe me.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? I have no idea how to answer this since I think I suck at everything at the moment.
I wish I could learn how to do flower arrangements. I feel like I try but it always looks so odd.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at?
TIME MANAGEMENT.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often?
Dancing...once upon a time I was a ballerina, but I haven't classically danced since college.

@NorthernLights - DH (who is a local, I'm a transplant but have lived here for 17 years so that's probably no excuse at this point) says I never know where I am because he usually drives and I have my nose stuck in a book so I don't pay attention to where we are or how to get there.
I will admit that I rock the Metro. I can get anywhere using the train, I know where stations are located and how to get everywhere in the city walking. It's driving that trips me up. I can (and have) driven in circles for an hour because of one-way streets or no-left-turns. And traffic circles are the absolute worst. I'm pretty useless in the car.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Photo editing - I'm learning a ton, but still have a long, long way to go.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? I'm going to steal Booney's answer and go with cake decorating. I used to run a cupcake business so obviously had to decorate all the time, but now I only ever get around to it for parties.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Cooking. I can and do cook, but wish I was more creative with it.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Photography, baking, cake decorating. J doesn't eat a lot of sweet stuff, so it all comes down to me...and my waistline can't take it all in, although it tries.
1) What do you wish you could learn to do? Learn ALL the languages. I would love to have the time to study another language or three.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Cooking. I'm not a bad cook and sometimes I'm even a good cook but it's pretty hit or miss these days.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Cake decorating. I love doing it but it's expensive and takes a lot of time. Also, I really don't need to have a bunch of cake lying around the house.

2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? I can sew, but I'm scared to try things that look too complicated and I know there is stuff my sewing machine is capable of that I don't even understand.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Figure skating. I used to compete and I skated 4-6 days a week year round in high school, but I barely ever go anymore. I miss it terribly.
Sugar & Spice
1) What do you wish you could learn to do? Public Speaking. I just can't do it.
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? Sign Language. I've taken a few classes and was once in a sign choir, but I have forgotten so much of it already.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? Rock Climbing. It's been ages!
2) What do you know how to do, but wish you were better at? I'd love to get better at sewing. I can do some very basic stuff, but my sewing machine is ancient and sewing doesn't often make it to the top of my priority list.
3) What are you good at, but don't really do that often? I used to be good at speaking Spanish, but I'm so out of practice that I feel really timid about it now.
2) Know how to do but wish I was better at? Speaking/Reading French...I minored in it in undergrad but I was never truly fluent...I wish I was!
3) Good at but don't do that often? Baking/Cooking...everything I make normally tastes great I just don't enjoy it so I never do it
