  We have a simple two drawer filing cabinet, but it's made of wood, so it's a little less ugly.

  Oooooh, @blueeyedblossom, I like that a lot!! It'd be so easy to paint an ugly filing cabinet and then put on some decals or do stenciling!

  I was just going to suggest Ikea lol. I got a wood desk and file cabinet combo for like $60 and it's not industrial looking at all.

  If we can get decent storage solutions/filing cabinets, I'll be okay going with a simple desk. For now, we've needed one with drawers to keep stuff put away/filed away in!

  So watching this thread... my solution was to buy a bunch of cardboard Bankers Boxes which will eventually be shoved into our closet.  Not exactly elegant.

  I used to have a Wood filing cabinet that I got at target, but someone broke in and smashed it. So now I have a boring black metal filing cabinet, but it's in a corner in the office and I don't think it looks bad
