  • YAY!  I love FF!  And YAY for possible ovulation!  Hopefully AF is soon and you can put this cycle behind you!

  • I hope FF is right! - But with FF you shouldn't discard the temps. Just mark them for "sleep deprived" and FF will adjust accordingly and give you an open circle. Basically, it is more accurate to not discard irregular temps. It helps FF to "learn" your cycles better.

  • Thanks for the tip!  I will fix that.  While I was at MIL's house I was up for 2 nights straight taking asthma treatments every few hours (FUN) so that was at least two of them.
    image
  • Yes, definitely mark them as sleep deprived because of the irregular temps. I hope you did O though so this cycle can end for you!

  • LOL I just did it and it took the red lines away...womp womp...it was nice while it lasted!  :))
    image
  • Honestly, I spotted on day 43 and I ALWAYS spot when I ovulate.  So my gut tells me it was around that day, no matter what the wacky temps say.

As of last weekend I set my alarm even on the weekends to temp, so that will help.  I did that last cycle and it was more normal.
    image
  • Just to prove I typically have normal cycles, here is my last one:

  • Sorry it took your crosshatch away! But FX you O soon! Sometimes our bodies just like to mess with us!

  • I think it was either day 38 or 43.  If it was 38 then there is very little change I am pg.  On the other hand, if it was day 43, there is kind of a good chance I am.  I felt weird and nauseous yesterday, but I might just be psyching myself out...

In any case, I'm sure I've ovulated at this point, so at least there's that!

  • YAY OVULATION!  B00 waiting game.

  • posting for anyone who is enough of a sweet saint to still humor me on this :)  i think ovulation was day 43, and now I'm waiting for AF.  I guess I could be pg, but I don't feel like it.

I agree with your o day. It looks like you are 13 dpo. How long is your LP usually? Mine are 14 spot on. It looks like your temps have started turning downward, so AF is probably around the corner....or that is what most charts look like. Glad you finally were able to confirm o and have been enjoying the last week or so! ;)

Oh shoot, I uploaded the wrong one!!  I guess you could compare the two if you wanted, since on this one I actually set the date myself based on what I thought.

Thanks, @lwoehlk :)  LP was 12 days last month (my first month actually temping), which is another reason I leaned towards day 43.  I could be wrong, though.  In any case, my temps are low so that probably means AF, I think...
    image
  • Did ff give you the CHs? I actually think cd 45 might be your actual o date. The temps for 43 & 44 are still way below your previous temps and you still had fertile CM.
what is interesting is you had an almost exact dip below CL the first chart. Maybe you O'd on 38 or 39, which would mean you were really late. Not to give false hope, but that pattern is strange.

but then again I'm not a pro and time will tell for you soon! Are you going to test?!

  • Well I just bought a few tests, but I want to wait for DH to come home, because I have no clue what my reaction will be either way lol.

Just had some major spotting so I am going to guess AF is on the way.  This cycle will be one for the record books!!
    image
  • Time for my daily overshare!! lol ;)  I am waiting to test until Sunday, when there is little to no chance of a false negative.  I want to KNOW when I test that it is the real deal.  I am nauseous but that sometimes happens before AF too, and my temps aren't super high either.

I am buying a ClearBlue fertility monitor after this, if I test negative.  That should help me alleviate some of this guess work in the future.  And if I am pg, then woo-hoo to unlimited sexy times!!!!
    image
  • Aww come on!! I was hoping for a test update today!!

    image
  • If you get a negative this weekend, I would go get a blood draw at the doctor to confirm ovulation. I still think there might be a chance you didn't O at all. I don't want to sound negative, but your chart seems a bit unclear still. Good luck!!

  • BFN yesterday...heavy spotting today, so I didn't waste the money on another test.  Expecting AF anytime now.  What a relief to have this cycle over with!!!

  • AF is still taking her sweet time, but my temps shot back down to 97.2 so I know it's coming!

That's so sweet of you, mana! :) Do you know if I can use those with the ClearBlue monitor?  I'm thinking about buying one...

I use the Wondfo OPKs and they are really easy. I personally don't think the clear blue easy would be worth the money. Especially with longer cycles. I just bought my second batch of 50, so I'm in for a total of $40 for 100 OPKs (which the second batch should last me another 3-4 months). The CBE strips alone are like $40 for a 20 count. I've never missed my surge because I POAS 2x a day as they start to darken and don't feel bad about it since they are like 30 cents!

I hope AF shows up soon and you can look forward!!

    image
  • Had some bright red spotting yesterday, enough that I did put a tampon in.  Fertility friend said to mark that as "light" as opposed to "spotting" so I guess I'm on my next cycle?  Just strange because I usually have a very heavy flow on day 1...but then again this whole thing is strange!
    image
  • YAY!

It's ok if it's not what you usually get.  One cycle I spotted for 4 days and BAM AF, when usually I go straight into AF...  Our bodies are not the machines we wish they were.

  • So true!  And honestly, at 58 days this was still around 5 days shorter than my longest ever cycle, so it's not all that out of the ordinary.  I think you ladies were right too about ovulation around day 44/45, which means my lp was a nice length.  I really don't mind longer cycles as long as I can pinpoint ovulation and can see where my lp is in the 12-14 day range.

    Yay for a new cycle!!!!!!!!

I promise not to share what my body is doing every day, lol
