  Tuesday - leftovers?

  Wednesday - leaving town so we'll probably eat dinner on the road or make sandwiches for the road....I've already started packing food:)

  Tonight...not really sure. we have leftover spaghetti and hoagie dip. Although, right now a grilled cheese sounds yummy!
  Tuesday...Homemade deep.dish pizza
  Wednesday...Burgers
  Thursday...Chicken with mushrooms in white wine sauce
  Friday...leftovers

  Tonight- Sausage and peppers

  Tuesday- pizza grilled cheese

  Weds- Shrimp Alfredo Pasta (this will be switched with Thurs if my company comes Thurs instead)

  Thurs- leftovers

  I've been on a bit of a soup kick lately, so I made this last night: http://www.kitchme.com/recipes/stuffed-pepper-soup
  
  It didn't really wow me, but it was good.  I think it could use some more seasonings.  And I'd like to try it with beef stock instead of chicken broth.

  I've only ever made it when we've had company, so I'm excited to have leftovers!
