Hello all!! I have been reading this board for years now, gearing up for the time when I would have to prepare my body for pregnancy. I am 28, married 6 months to my DH that I've been with over 6 years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year December during laparoscopy surgery to identify the intense abdominal pain I was having after many previous doctors appointments came up empty handed. This has moved up our time table for starting our family, although we planned to wait until we were married to start. In the meantime, I was instructed to get on high progesterone low estrogen birth control pills, skipping out on getting my period since the endometriosis flares up during my period.
DH and I decided that this pack of BC pills will be the last one and we will begin actively TTC. Before getting on BC pills, I had super long cycles that I didn't care about before but I now know that it may point to PCOS, which we'll be looking out for now that I understand a little more how my body works.
I'm excited to start the journey, nervous about what's coming, but ready. Kinda.

I'll look to you ladies for help, tips, support, and advice along the way!!!!
