  I joined WW (simply filling) this week so, here we go! 

  
  

  Sa: cod florentine 

  Su: wild rice stuffed cornish hens 

  M: lemon garlic flounder 

  Tu: shrimp stir-fry w/ brown rice

  W: portobella burgers w/ sweet potato fries 

  Th: loaded Santa Fe turkey baked potatoes

  Sun: Italian sausages roasted with potatoes 

  Mon: Kicked-up tuna melts

  Tues: Brisket and mashed potatoes 

  Wednesday: Pesto pasta with sun dried tomatoes and roasted asparagus

  Thurs: Left overs

  Friday: Honey Salmon with homemade caesar salad

  @BlueBirdMB  we like it!  We don't eat beef or pork, so I make a lot of egg dishes.

  Monday- pesto pizza
  Tuesday-leftovers
  Wednesday- Pepper Steak with rice
  Thurs- going out with my mom to see a play at the HS
