I really want to Rickroll someone, but 1) I do not have good comedic timing 2) my IRL friends probably wouldn't get it and 3) it's probably and thing that's so over that it would be annoying.

My confession is stupid. I'm about to go on maternity leave, and my boss just announced that he's taking a 6-8 week leave of absence for medical reasons. That leaves one person in our department and I feel like everything is going to fall apart while we're gone.

I want to come back to work early just to make sure he doesn't eff all my work up.

No joke, we just discovered a 1.3M mistake he made last week. I know I'm being ridiculous, but at the same time, I feel like we're setting him up to fail.

My brother got us with the ultimate Rickroll, he and his new wife played it as their reception entrance song and none of us had any idea. He and his friends are always try to one up the Rickrolls and I think he won.

I had an entire conversation with my boss yesterday with my underwear below my butt. The pair of underwear I put on morning were evidently too small and rolled down below my butt. So, instead of hiking them up awkwardly, I just went on talking to her with my rear end flapping inside my pants.

The ED of our museum sent us the "dying words of Alexander the Great." It is taking every fiber of my being not to reply about how wildly inaccurate this is. It's the equivalent to a bad, overblown sermon attributed to a man who no one knows where his remains ended up. How on earth would someone have had the wherewithal to write down his dying wishes and not, oh I don't know, where the fuck they buried him?!?!

I'm trying not to be a smug know it all, and it's HARD! He means well and is trying to be generically supportive of us all, but #-o
