  I confess that my sister and her boyfriend are staying with us this weekend and even though they arrive tomorrow morning, I haven't cleaned a single thing around here and have tons of laundry piled up everywhere. I have no intentions of fixing this in the next few hours.

  One of the vocabulary words on my students' vocab test today was regulate.  I may have referenced Warren G.... REGULATORS!
  
  I'm sad that only a few kids knew who I was talking about.
