    I think it's from years ago as well.  I almost exclusively get my books from the library, but back when kindles were new and books were like 3.99 all the time, I bought a TON.

    ETA: I will probably get a better one from B&N, its only been within the past few weeks that I really started using the Kindle instead of my Nook.

    I just got an email from Barnes and Noble that my Nook credit is $5.36 and will be deposited in my account in the next 3 days. I really thought it would be more than that but I used to "buy" a lot of free books when I first got my Nook.
