It's really fast. You can say you are returning something the day before you do. They start getting your shipment ready and send it out before they receive the old stuff.
I got a pair of wedges and a skirt. The shoes are cute, but might be a little too narrow to actually have to walk in. The skirt is beautiful - it looks like a watercolor of flowers! It's that weird length that hits mid-calf so I'll probably hem it to knee-length.
