I finally finished Snowblind. Took me a bit to get through because I just couldn't get into the story. I know it got great reviews here so I was excited to read it...but I didn't like it. Flame away lol..but I only gave it 2 stars.

I'm about halfway through Shadow Spell by NR. I like this one much better than the first. I put down Girl of Fire and Thorns. I like it but I'm having trouble really getting into it.
I started and finished The Peach Keeper. I really enjoyed it. It had been buried on my tbr for a while but I picked it up for SBC and I am so glad I did!
I started Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children and am about 2/3 done. I am also enjoying this one. It is for SBC as well.

I'm reading Shadow Spell too! I got about a third of the way through over the weekend. I`m really liking it.
I put There's More to Life Than This on hold. Again. I'm just not in the mood for non-fic lately. I also finished my re-read of HP #1 and will start Ready Player One today.

It's the first I've heard of it. What is it about?
I listened to a good portion of Voyager. I think I have under three hours remaining. I also read a little of Ruins, and about a third of the new Nora Roberts - which I should finish today.
Finished my audiobook of Funny Cide (now I'm trying to plan a trip to the Kentucky Horse Park to go see him!) and started HP #4 on audio (the series is a re-read for me but a new listen through if that makes sense!)
I made some progress in Eleanor and Park but not as much as I wanted to...I neglected Washington: A Life
I finished a couple of short stories (Make You Blush by MB and The Snow Queen) and finished Lover Mine. I made good progress with From This Moment On by Bella Andre.
I devoured a couple Abbi Glines's books this weekend, Just for Now and Sometimes It Lasts, from her Seabreeze series. I have been in the mood for lighter, steamier reads. Once I finish this series up, I need to pick up something with a little more substance.
Scratch that, I actually need to read The King! How could I have forgotten?!
I read some of the Sixth Extinction, it is very good and interesting. I read maybe 2 pages of Night Broken. I really wanted to read more this weekend but it just didn't work out for me.
I neglected everything but Rebecca since my IRL book club meets tomorrow and I was only like 30% done when the weekend started. I'm about 70% finished now but I'm going to have to read like crazy to finish in time. I really want to finish it though as I put aside a NR book and The Rosie Project to finish it.

A few weeks ago I know someone on here was recommending this book. Can't remember who now and I know it good good reveiws. Not sure why I didn't like it, from the goodreads info it sounds good. Here is the blurb from goodreads:
In Christopher Golden’s first horror novel in more than a decade--a work reminiscent of early Stephen King--Snowblind updates the ghost story for the modern age.
The small New England town of Coventry had weathered a thousand blizzards...but never one like this. Icy figures danced in the wind and gazed through children's windows with soul-chilling eyes. People wandered into the whiteout and were never seen again. Families were torn apart, and the town would never be the same.
Now, as a new storm approaches twelve years later, the folks of Coventry are haunted by the memories of that dreadful blizzard and those who were lost in the snow. Photographer Jake Schapiro mourns his little brother, Isaac, even as---tonight---another little boy is missing. Mechanic and part-time thief Doug Manning's life has been forever scarred by the mysterious death of his wife, Cherie, and now he’s starting over with another woman and more ambitious crimes. Police detective Joe Keenan has never been the same since that night, when he failed to save the life of a young boy . . . and the boy’s father vanished in the storm only feet away. And all the way on the other side of the country, Miri Ristani receives a phone call . . . from a man who died twelve years ago.
As old ghosts trickle back, this new storm will prove to be even more terrifying than the last.

I didn't read that much, but I'm down to just 100 pages left of Dave Grohl. After a rocky start, I'm really into it. I like Dave Grohl even more now than I did before I started reading.
I am almost finished with The House Girl. It started off very slow, and I struggled to get into this book, but the last two days of reading have me sucked in. I am hoping to finish this by tomorrow.

I just finished Shadow Spell this weekend and it was hard for me to get into it, but I enjoyed the last third of the book.
I finished Seer of Sevenwaters by Juliet Marillier and started on Flame of Sevenwaters. Last book in the series! I love this series so much, but I am oddly eager to move on to something else!

I finished Burn for Burn by Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivan and The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead. Sydney is getting less annoying, and I've got the next book ready to go.
I'm working my way through Boundaries in Marriage, The Answer to "Bad Religion" Is Not "No Religion", and Savage Girl. A bit of progress in each, but nothing finished.
